The Board of Supervisors are elected township residents who serve as the legislative body of the township, setting policy, enacting ordinances and resolutions, adopting budgets and levying taxes. The Board of Supervisors also performs executive functions such as formulating the budget, enforcing ordinances, approving expenditures and hiring employees. The Washington Township Board of Supervisors meets the first and third Tuesday each month at 7 PM at the municipal building. Meetings are open to the public.
