The Washington Township Recreation Board consists of five township residents appointed by the Board of Supervisors. The term of a Recreation Board member is five years. The purpose of the Recreation Board is to develop and maintain modern recreational facilities to serve township residents. The Recreation Board meets the third Wednesday each month at 8 PM at the municipal building. Meetings are open to the public.
