UCC Building Permit InformationWashington Township does not administer or enforce the provisions of the State Uniform Construction Code. The Board of Supervisors appointed outside sources to administer the UCC. Township residents in need of a building permit may contact one of the appointed UCC administrators.

Driveway Permit Application This application is used for the creation of a new or expanding driveway entering a township road.  Submit the completed application, supporting documentation, and the permit fee to Washington Township.  It is recommended to contact the township office to obtain the minimum requirements prior to blacktopping.  For new driveways entering a state road, contact the PennDOT District Office at 717.787.8789.

Stormwater Management Application – Fillable Application to be submitted with a stormwater management plan.

Sewage Permit Application This application is to be submitted to request approval for the installation of a new on-lot sewage disposal system, connection to public sewer or holding tank.  There is no fee to complete this application.

Well Permit Application This application is submitted prior to drilling a new well.  Submit the completed application, supporting documentation and the permit fee to Washington Township.
